He did great. I’m just getting back into the gym and Steven made class fun and enjoyable for me. He was able to help me modify some of the movements and was very encouraging throughout the whole class.

Very attentive. Noticed me fatiguing and made adjustments mid workout so I could continue to get work in at a good pace! Welcoming, and good job at explaining the workout and customizing for individual clients! Well done!
This was my first workout at Deadset fitness and my first cross fit workout (although I am familiar with a lot of weight training technique). I found Brooke to be helpful and encouraging. I didn’t feel that I was micromanaged but did get the support I needed. I appreciated that she gave helpful recommendations at the level I am at and wanted to make sure I got what I needed from the workout. Her sunny disposition was very welcome at 530 am 😉 I would absolutely take a class with Brooke again.

Centrally located in Brandon, one block south of the of the 1st St / Victoria Ave major intersection, steps away from Brandon Regional Health Centre, and between Brandon University and Assiniboine College.
Working out at the gym isn’t easy. But getting there shouldn’t be hard. DeadSet Fitness is located and easily accessible from all of Brandon.
